What will happen the day of your session. 

Spirit World sessions are conducted in person, in Jeff's home in North Hollywood. They typically average 4-4.5 hours. On the day of your session, you will come to your appointment with a list of questions that you want answered by your Higher Self, Council or Spirit Guides. These questions can cover topics like spirituality, relationships, career, health, family, partners, love, growth and learning among others. Here is a sample list of questions for you to consider asking.


The purpose of the Spirit World session is get you into that rhelm to visit a few, but not all of the stations including the library of souls, council of elders, life planning room, your soul family, a healing center, and more.  We will make contact these beings. Jeff will use his skills to guide you to make a connection with your council, soul family and spirit guides where you can ask questions.


At the beginning of your session, you and Jeff will spend some time getting to know each other and your reasons for wanting this experience. Once you start the hypnosis process, you'll be under for about two hours depending on what comes up. This part of the session is recorded for you, as people tend to remember varying amounts of their sessions. It is always good to listen to the recording afterwards as we tend to forget some of the session.

While in this deep state of relaxation, you will be guided by Jeff through a past life or other experiences your soul has had. These experiences could be Earthly human lives, an existence in the spirit world, a life on another planet, or anything in between. Sometimes you will be taken to a point in your current life instead of a past life.


Your Higher Self will guide you and me on the journey. It knows what you need. If appropriate, it will take you to the place where your questions and issues began. If you know where something began and why, then you can understand, heal, and move on in a better way! Everything the Higher Self brings forward is brought to you with your highest good in mind. Remember your Higher Self LOVES you!


Once you have made your way through two happy childhood memories, you will visit the womb where you will begin the connection to your higher self and have an understanding of your purpose in this life. Then you will visit a past life or an existance of any sort.  From there you will move to the Spirit World where you will see, feel or experience all that it has to offer.  In the Spirit World you will meet and consult with various groups such as your guides, council, and soul family. 


Once your visit is complete, Jeff will gently bring you out of your deep meditative state and we will debrief on what just happened.

Read about my own experience in the Spirit World

During a portion of my personal hypnosis session, I journeyed to the Spirit World and became aware of my true self, my Soul. I was an intense little ball of light, pure and vibrant, cradled within the ethereal hand of the Source. This majestic being, the essence of all creation, held me gently, exuding a warmth that resonated through my very core. Such unconditional love. I was overwhelmed and tears streamed down my face. In that sacred embrace, I felt an overwhelming sense of love, peace, and serenity, knowing that I was connected to something infinitely greater than myself. The Source looked upon me with such compassion, understanding and patience. I bounced around like a little child, so excited to be there.


The Source, a boundless wellspring of love and wisdom, began to envelop me in its radiant energy. It was a cosmic embrace that transcended time and space, filling every fiber of my being with a profound sense of oneness and unconditional love. Intense, indescribable and unconditional love! So overwhelming. Source filled my Soul and my physical body filling it with energy and love. I felt vibrations at the Soul level and within the body that was lying in the hypnotists bed. I bathed in the Source's unconditional love, a love that knew no limits or conditions. It was the most profound feeling I have ever felt in my entire life. I will never forget it.


As the Source's light intermingled with mine, I sensed a deep understanding flowing between us. In its presence, all doubts, fears, and insecurities dissipated, replaced by an unwavering confidence and a profound knowing that I was an integral part of a magnificent tapestry of existence. Oneness. I am forever changed.


The Source whispered you are loved, all is well, you are loved, into the depths of my essence. The vibrations were moving up and down my physical body. Every cell and fiber of my being were engulfed with its divine presence. I felt the expansion of my consciousness, like the gentle unfolding of petals in a timeless garden. As the Source guided me through the realms within itself, a beautiful, warm glowing infinite white light, I witnessed the interconnectedness of us all. We are one. I am you, you are me, we are all, all are we, we are one.


In this realm of pure light and unconditional love, I recognized the eternal nature of my existence. I understood that this physical world, with all its trials and tribulations, was but a fleeting moment in the grand symphony of creation. I was reminded that my purpose was to embrace this earthly journey, to learn, grow, and ultimately return to the Source with a wealth of experiences and wisdom. My purpose was to experience this divine all loving embrace and bring that to others through hypnosis so they can experience it too.  All is well, you are loved, all is well.


As my time within the hands of the Source drew to a close, I could feel a profound gratitude welling up within me. Tears streamed down my face. Source moved toward me again and filled me a second time with loving energy. Playfully, it said do you want another before it made its final departure. I felt such gratitude for the opportunity to have been touched by such divine love and to carry a fragment of it within me as I continue my journey in this life. I recall saying at that moment, ‘I will never forget this, can you please share this embrace with my mom.’ 


And so, with a gentle release, the Source let me go, allowing me to embark on my journey as a Soul, now carrying the indelible imprint of its infinite love within my being. You are loved. All is well. I am always with you.
